Matthew Stern is Founder of the Broadway Stage Management Symposium, an experienced Theatre & Event Stage Manager, and Educator.
Some of his 20 Broadway productions include : Come From Away, Finding Neverland, On The Town, Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, The Little Mermaid, Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, The Full Monty, Death Of A Salesman, and An Evening with Patti LuPone & Mandy Patinkin. Tours and Events include: Les Miserables, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The Lord of the Rings Symphony Concerts, Billy Crystal's 700 Sundays as well as numerous corporate events in the tech , pharma, & finanical industries around the world & online.
Matthew serves on the Board of Directors of the Stage Managers Association USA, teaches at SUNY Purchase, and is passionate about leadership and the impact it can have on the world.

Anna Robb

Anna Robb is Co-Founder and Managing Director for TheatreArtLife and an experienced Producer/Production Stage Manager.
She has worked for companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Franco Dragone Entertainment Group, Christie Digital Systems and The Sydney Opera House.
Anna has been employed on over 70 shows in the areas of concerts, arena events, corporate events, trade shows, musical theatre, plays, dance, circus, outdoor festivals and mega shows. Anna holds a honours degree in Design for Theatre and Television and is passionate about the evolution of the industry.

Lisa Dawn Cave

Lisa Dawn Cave is currently the Production Supervisor for Disney’s Frozen both Nationally and Internationally. She’s mounted the productions for Broadway, U.S. Tour, Sydney, Australia, London, Hamburg and supervised the Tokyo production.
Stage Management is Lisa’s second career. She started her studies as a dancer/singer and worked professionally in that role for 10 years. She then transitioned into stage management and has been working consistently for over 25 years.
Her other credits include the Broadway productions: Shuffle Along, Fun Home, Rocky, The Humans, Cat On A Hot Tin Roof, Bring It On, West Side Story 2009, Come Fly Away, The Color Purple, Hot Feet, The Caine Mutiny Court Martial, The Woman In White, Julius Caesar, Caroline or Change, Hollywood Arms, Into the Woods, Wild Party, Parade & Smokey Joe’s Café. She has worked with Creatives: Hal Prince, George C. Krista Monson is a writer, creative director and stage director. Her experience and expertise encompass 13 years with Cirque du Soleil and a remarkable range of live entertainment genres including concert, theater, local and international special events, and social action.

Matt DiCarlo

Matt is currently the Resident Director for Moulin Rouge! on Broadway and the Associate Director for the show’s upcoming North American Tour. He staged the Off-Broadway production and North American Tour of The Play That Goes Wrong and recently returned from South Korea, where he restaged the Broadway production of Beetlejuice for its run in Seoul at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. Matt was the Associate Director for the first national tour of The Color Purple revival and the second national tour of Rock of Ages.
As a Production Stage Manager, Matt helmed the Broadway productions of Beetlejuice, The Play That Goes Wrong, the Tony-winning revival of The Color Purple, Honeymoon in Vegas, and Rock of Ages. He also worked as the PSM for the world premieres of A Walk on the Moon (A.C.T.), Up Here (La Jolla Playhouse), and Piece of My Heart: The Bert Berns Story (Off-Broadway). Other stage management credits include Broadway Bares 2017, Broadway Backwards 6, 7 & 8, and over 12 productions at Paper Mill Playhouse, including The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, Steel Magnolias, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Full Monty.
Matt’s corporate event experience includes projects with Empire Entertainment, David Stark Design, and Civic Entertainment. Favorites include events with Target, McDonald’s, and the AMC Upfronts. Matt currently is on the faculty at Columbia University and has guest lectured at several universities including Yale and Carnegie Mellon. He graduated with a BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Matt currently lives in South Orange, NJ with his financé, Joey, and their sweet little Morkie, Max.

Ruthie Fierberg

Ruthie Fierberg is an independent arts journalist, producer, and consultant, based in New York City. She is the creator and host of the podcast Why We Theater on the Broadway Podcast Network, which digs into the onstage works we love to create the offstage change we need. As the former Executive Editor of Features and Branded Content at Playbill, Ruthie spent five years creating innovative and engaging content through in-depth written, multimedia, and video pieces focused on the arts. She also created and hosted Playbill's Live From the Red Carpet specials from all of Broadway's opening nights and the annual Tony Awards. In 2020, Ruthie served as the sole executive producer of three digital concert specials which defined virtual concert creation on the pandemic. Two of these concerts (Pride Spectacular and ¡Viva Broadway!) were shortlisted for Emmy Awards. A graduate of Barnard College, she has written for such national publications as Good Housekeeping, Parents, American Baby, Parents Latina, and Backstage magazines. Ruthie has moderated panels for the 92Y, the JCC of Manhattan, Disney Theatrical Productions, BroadwayCon 2016–2020, and the annual American Performing Arts Professionals Conference. She has appeared on NPR, SiriusXM Volume radio, and a number of podcasts as a guest expert. Jonathan is a creative producer and artistic manager. He has worked in large-scale theatre, opera and circus organisations managing artistic departments, operations and logistics. He started in the industry as an actor and director, and there's not much he hasn't done, including working as a technician and stage manager.

Rafael Zhang

Rafael Zhang is a Stage Manager born in Beijing who currently lives in Hong Kong. His previous stage management credits in the U.S. include Steppenwolf Theatre Company, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts, Her Story Theater, and The Actors Gymnasium.

His credit in Mexico include: “The Lion King”, “Billy Elliot”, “Despertares International Ballet Gala” (2016-2019 editions), Plácido en el Alma 2020, “The Addams Family” & “West Side Story”. Other credits include “Akram Kahn’s Giselle” with the English National Ballet at the Madrid Royal Opera House in 2019 and the 2021 season of Burklyn Ballet Theatre in Vermont.
